How it works
Send it by Wednesday
Mail documents to the address in your confirmation email, or book a pickup from your office.
Checked at intake
Right copy, right signature, notarized if it needs to be. Problems surface Wednesday, not at the counter Thursday.
Carried to Olympia Thursday
I hand each document across the Secretary of State counter myself and wait while it's processed.
Back the same day
Shipped UPS that afternoon, or dropped back at your office on the return leg.

One invoice, ACH on file
Standing accounts are billed per run by bank transfer (ACH); cards are accepted too. No payment links to chase, no per-order back-and-forth.
Pickup, notarization, return
Included in the rate, not billed separately: pickup from your office, notarization on the spot, and return however it needs to travel.
Apostille agencies outside Washington: I handle your Washington-issued documents under your name. Wholesale and white-label arrangements are set up by email. Get in touch.

Sending from outside Washington?
Mail Washington-issued documents to me from anywhere in the country. They need to arrive by Wednesday. Return shipping, standard or overnight, is included in the rate at whatever speed you need. The mailing address comes with your order confirmation.
