One form for the whole batch. You'll have a confirmed price and Monday within one business day, plus the address to send to. Don't ship anything until then.

How will the documents reach me?

Documents

One line per document, even when several are going to the same place. This order is one file: one person, one family, or one matter. First document is $285, documents 2–10 are $115 each, and 11 and up are $100 each. Separate clients need separate orders. The Secretary of State issues one apostille per document per destination country.

Document photos

Upload a clear photo or scan of each document, front and back if there's anything on the back. I'll check that each one will be accepted before you ship anything. Phone photos are fine. JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF, up to 20 files, 10 MB each. No photos handy? Send the order now and reply to the confirmation email with them later. A Certificate of Existence needs no photo.

Can't wait until Monday? A Thursday rush run is $450, by arrangement. Ask first.

Nothing is charged when you submit. I'll check your photos and confirm each document will be accepted before you ship anything. $285 for the first document, $115 each for documents 2–10, $100 each from 11 on. Certificate of Existence: $360 first, $300 each additional, UBI due by the Wednesday before your Monday. Overnight return is $45 per order; very heavy batches may cost more, and you'll know before anything ships.
