Before anything goes to Olympia, each one is checked to confirm it's the right document type and properly signed, and notarized at pickup if it needs to be. Thursday, it's carried to the Secretary of State's counter in Olympia in person and processed while I wait. It comes back apostilled the same day, shipped UPS or dropped back at your office.

Yes. Mail your Washington-issued documents to me from anywhere in the country; they need to arrive by Wednesday. Each one is checked at intake, rides the Thursday trip with everything else, and ships back that afternoon. Standard UPS return is included in the $225. Overnight return is $60. The mailing address is in your order confirmation.

I can't apostille them. A Washington apostille only covers documents issued in Washington, and every other state works the same way. If a batch is mixed, send me the Washington documents and route the others to their issuing state's Secretary of State.

Yes. Powers of attorney and many personal documents have to be notarized before they can be apostilled. Documents picked up from your office are notarized at pickup, included in the price. If you're mailing a document that needs notarizing, have it notarized before it ships, and I'll confirm what's required first.

Every document is reviewed before it travels, specifically to avoid a rejection at the counter. If something is missing, the wrong kind of copy, a missing signature, you'll hear about it before the trip, not after.

It depends on the document. Vital records like birth and marriage certificates need a certified copy with a raised seal. Powers of attorney need the original, notarized. Certificates of Existence need the certified version from the Secretary of State, which I order myself. Send a photo first if you're not sure and I'll tell you.

One order form covers the whole batch. Each document gets its own line with its own destination country, because the Secretary of State issues one apostille per document per destination. They're priced individually, $225 each, and they all ride the same Thursday. There's no minimum and no coordination fee.

Yes. Batch pickup and return is $50 per run and covers both legs: I collect the documents from your office, notarize anything that needs it on the spot, and bring the apostilled documents back to you. It's the simplest way to send a batch, and the only way to get on-site notarization.

If a document reaches me before I leave Thursday morning, it can still ride that week's run for a $100 late add, space permitting. Email first so I know it's coming.

The Secretary of State schedules occasional closures and maintenance that are outside my control. I check before every Wednesday cutoff, and if one affects your run you'll hear from me as early as possible. Rather than hold documents over a weekend, I make an additional trip on the next available business day, at no extra charge.
