Documents that arrive by mail by Friday, or are dropped off by Sunday, go to Tumwater on Monday and are apostilled that same day. They ship back by two-day UPS that evening, or overnight if you add it. It's a fixed weekly run, not an on-demand trip, so plan around the Friday cutoff.

Four steps. Place the order online, then reply to my confirmation with a photo of each document so I can check it's the right type, properly signed, and notarized if it needs to be. Once I confirm, mail it to arrive by Friday or drop it at my West Seattle mailbox by Sunday; the address is in your confirmation. Monday, it's carried to the Secretary of State's counter in Tumwater in person and processed while I wait. It ships back UPS that evening.

Yes. Mail your Washington-issued documents from anywhere in the country so they arrive by Friday. They ride Monday's run with everything else and ship back that evening. Two-day tracked UPS return is included; overnight is $45 per order. The mailing address is in your order confirmation.

I can't apostille them. A Washington apostille only covers documents issued in Washington, and every other state works the same way. If a batch is mixed, send me the Washington documents and route the others to their issuing state's Secretary of State.

Powers of attorney and many personal documents have to be notarized before they can be apostilled, and that needs to happen before they ship to me. Any bank or mobile notary can do it. The photo you send with your order tells me whether yours needs it, so nothing bounces at the counter.

No one can honestly guarantee acceptance. The Secretary of State makes the final call and occasionally changes its requirements. I check every document from your photo before it ships, and again in hand before Monday's trip, to catch the problems that cause most rejections. If a document is rejected for something I should have caught, I re-run it on the next Monday at no service fee. If it's rejected for something outside my control, such as a problem a photo couldn't show, an error by the issuing office, or a new Secretary of State policy, you get the document back with the reason in writing, and resubmitting it on a later run is $100 per document.

It depends on the document. Vital records like birth and marriage certificates need a certified copy with a raised seal. Powers of attorney need the original, notarized. Certificates of Existence need the certified version from the Secretary of State, which I order myself. The photo you send with your order settles it.

By secure Stripe payment link, bank transfer (ACH) preferred; cards are accepted too. Confirmed before anything ships. Standing accounts keep a bank account on file and are billed once per run, one invoice, no links to chase.

One order form covers the whole file. Each document gets its own line with its own destination country, because the Secretary of State issues one apostille per document per destination. The first document is $285, documents 2 through 10 are $115 each, and documents 11 and up are $100 each. They all ride the same Monday, and return shipping is per order, so the file comes back in one package. For example, a 12-document adoption dossier is $285 + (9 × $115) + (2 × $100) = $1,520.

A file is one person, one family, or one matter: an adoption dossier, a family relocating together, or one company's documents. Documents for separate clients are separate files, and each starts at $285. Multi-document pricing applies within a file, not across unrelated clients.

When the Secretary of State is closed for a Monday state holiday, that week's run moves to Tuesday. The cutoffs stay the same, arrive by Friday or drop off by Sunday, and the order form marks the affected weeks.

Yes, a Thursday rush run by arrangement, $450. Get in touch with your deadline first and I'll confirm that Thursday is open before you send anything.

Yes, and I order it too. Send the business name and UBI number by the Wednesday before your run, and the certified certificate is ordered from the Secretary of State, apostilled Monday, and shipped back: $360 as the first document in your order, $300 if it's riding alongside others. The Secretary of State schedules occasional closures and maintenance that are outside my control. I check before every Friday cutoff, and if one affects your run you'll hear from me as early as possible. Rather than hold documents for a week, I make the trip on the next business day the counter is open, at no extra charge.
