What it costs
Secretary of State fees, a photo check before you ship, and tracked two-day UPS return are all in the price. Choose overnight if the deadline needs it. Everything you'll pay is on the pricing page.
How it works
Order and send a photo
Fill in one short form, then reply to the confirmation with a photo of each document. I confirm it will be accepted before you ship anything.
Mail it or drop it off
Mail to arrive by Friday, or drop off at my Seattle mailbox by Sunday. The address comes with your confirmation.
Carried to Tumwater Monday
I hand each document across the Secretary of State counter myself and wait while it's processed.
Shipped back Monday evening
Tracked two-day UPS is included, or overnight for $45 more. You get the tracking number the same night.

Checked before it ships
Send a photo first and I confirm each document will be accepted. Problems surface before your originals leave the office, not at the counter.
Easy invoicing
Billed once per run by ACH, cards accepted too. Larger files cost less per document: $115 each for documents 2–10, $100 each from 11 on.
Apostille agencies outside Washington: I handle your Washington-issued documents under your name. White-label arrangements are set up by email. Get in touch.
